Tskhinval, South Ossetia, August 2008 Zaur was hiding from the shelling, standing behind his house bearing walls. He built the house himself and it saved his life and his family. Infrastructure of the city completely destroyed. It was the goal to make the town unfit for habitation of survivors. Apparently, someone wanted to evict the Ossetians out of their native territory.
